Ethosism is Charlie Greenman's secular framework for moral judgment and daily practice. It begins with objective reality and the golden rule, then tests choices through role reversal, integrity, and long-term responsibility. The core book is Ethos; this site also publishes its introductory book, companion frameworks, and practice guides.
The standard
Reasons open to correction.
The framework is non-theological. It asks what is true, who bears a choice's effects, whether the rule remains fair when roles change, whether conduct matches stated values, and what a repeated pattern leaves to others. It can be used by religious and nonreligious readers.

A note on the name
Two works titled Ethosism.
Jo M. Sekimonyo also published a book titled Ethosism in 2020. His book addresses political economy. The books on this site are by Charlie Greenman; their moral method begins with objective reality and the golden rule. The shared title should not cause the two authors or their arguments to be attributed to one another.
