2. Reality Check
- What facts are directly observed?
- What facts are reported by someone else?
- What is inferred?
- What remains unknown?
- What evidence would change the decision?
3. Stakeholders
- Who is affected now?
- Who is affected later?
- Who has no voice in the room?
- Who bears risk without receiving benefit?
4. Role Reversal
For each affected party, write the decision from their position.
- If I were them, what would I call fair?
- If I were them, what harm would I notice first?
- If I were them, what promise would matter?
5. Duty
Name the kind of obligation involved.
- Capacity: what can be done?
- Permission: what may be done?
- Desire: what is wanted?
- Choice: what is chosen?
- Debt: what is owed?
- Vow: what has been promised?
- Inheritance: what was received from the past?
- Trust: what was entrusted by another?
6. Consequences
- What good is likely?
- What harm is likely?
- What harm is hidden by distance, time, status, or convenience?
- What repair would be required if this goes badly?
7. Decision
Write the decision in one sentence.
Then write the first action, the review date, and the person responsible for checking whether reality confirmed or corrected the decision.

8. Memory
After review, record what should be remembered.
- What did we see clearly?
- What did we miss?
- What duty remains?
- What practice should change?
